Our Story
You want somewhere to play, train or walk your dog without fighting for space. We have welcomed people onto this farm for nearly 20 years, and everything we have built here is designed around one idea: when you book it, it is yours.
Guy and Emily French first welcomed visitors onto this Colchester farmland in 2007. Today that same welcome goes into a private pickleball court, a pay as you go private gym and PT studio, dog walking fields and commercial units to let.
Our private gym and PT studio is booked by the hour on a pay as you go basis, whether you train on your own, with friends or with your clients. There are no long term contracts and no joining fees, just flexible access whenever you need it. Early mornings, evenings or weekends, you get a private, fully equipped space with modern kit, free parking and the fresh air of a working farm.
Our private pickleball court is a brilliant way to spend an hour with friends or family, whatever your level. Our private dog walking fields give you a secure, off lead space away from busy public parks, ideal for reactive dogs, puppies in training or anyone after peaceful time outdoors. And if you run a local business, our commercial units to let offer flexible, farm based space just outside Colchester, with easy access for trades and storage.
