Indoor Pickleball Near Sudbury
Sudbury Players, Your Own Indoor Court Is Closer Than You Think
On the Suffolk and Essex border, finding a good indoor activity for a group often means a long drive or a crowded venue. Outdoor courts are fine in June, but by October they are wet, dark and empty, and another night in front of the television is not much of a plan.
Foxes Pickleball at Foxes Farm sits at Eight Ash Green, around 25 minutes from Sudbury down the A134. It is a straightforward trip from Great Cornard, Long Melford, Bures and Nayland, and when you book, the whole court is yours for the hour.

Why Stour Valley Groups Love It
Pickleball takes about 10 minutes to learn and an hour to get hooked. If you love padel, you will love this: the same quick, sociable rallies, with a slower ball and a smaller court that suit every age and ability.
Most venues mean sharing space with strangers or fitting around a club night. At the barn, it is just your group. Play your own music, take as many breaks as you like and laugh as loudly as you want. Nobody is watching and nobody is waiting.
Pickleball is growing fast across the UK, and for Sudbury friends, families and colleagues, the barn is an easy way to join in without signing up to anything.
It suits all kinds of Sudbury groups: friends after a different night out, families looking for something everyone can play, couples wanting a date night with a bit of competition, and workmates planning a social. The court takes up to 4 players per booking, and you can book back to back hours if you want to rotate players or keep the games going.
Simple Pricing, Everything Included
A court booking is a flat £20 an hour for up to 4 players. There are no peak rates and no membership. Paddles and balls are provided, the court is indoors and carpeted, and there is free parking, free wifi and Bluetooth speakers. We are open 7 days a week at Foxes Farm, Halstead Road, Eight Ash Green, CO6 3PT, and booking online takes around 2 minutes.
Want a hand getting started? Jason's coached hour costs £45 on top of your court booking and takes your group from the first serve to proper games.
A New Favourite, Just Over the Border
Imagine driving home to Sudbury with your arms aching from laughing, a rematch already booked and a new game the whole group can share. That is the difference an hour at the barn makes. Book it, turn up, and it is yours. Leave it another season and the dark evenings will roll on with the same old plans; book now and your group has something new to look forward to every week.
